• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• An MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in technology, data management, and digital transformation.
• Background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or consumer health preferred.
• Proven expertise in enterprise data warehousing, AI, big data, ERP, CRM, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Ability to travel as required for business needs.
