Roles and Responsibilities
Produce high-quality technical drawings and plans for civil engineering projects using AutoCAD and related software.
Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to prepare detailed layouts, cross-sections, and construction drawings for infrastructure projects, such as roads, stormwater systems, and sewer networks.
Update and revise drawings based on engineer markups and technical notes.
Coordinate drawing sets for submission, ensuring that all documents comply with relevant drafting standards and conventions.
Maintain accurate and organized drawing records.
Assist in ensuring that all designs are in compliance with engineering specifications and regulatory standards.
 

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D or similar CAD software is a plus).
Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, particularly municipal services.
Ability to interpret engineering sketches and technical notes accurately.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
