What You’ll Own and Lead

Business Engagement & Demand Management

• Be the trusted link between Commercial teams and IT for all things analytics.
• Gather, prioritize, and manage analytics demand to match strategy with impact.
• Deeply engage with leaders across Africa to localize solutions that make a difference.

Project Oversight & Enhancement Delivery

• Own the delivery of key analytics projects and enhancements from concept to execution.
• Partner with project delivery leads to ensure solutions are relevant, scalable, and measurable.
• Bridge the gap between complex data and actionable business insights.

Capex, Opex & Financial Intelligence

• Manage the financial side of analytics initiatives — budgets, cost controls, and vendor quotes.
• Ensure every rand is invested wisely, with clear ROI and cost-effective solutions.

Data Stewardship & Adoption

• Champion data quality, trust, and governance across mission-critical systems.
• Drive Data Asset Utilisation — ensure teams know what tools are available, why they matter, and how to use them through training and support.

? Governance & Compliance

• Lead governance efforts with BI AMS and Digital Factory stakeholders.
• Manage secure access to workspaces, conduct regular access reviews, and maintain compliance with policies and audit requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement Across Africa

• Build powerful relationships with leaders in diverse markets.
• Translate business needs into tech solutions, and tech insights into business impact.

What You Bring to the Table

• A Bachelor`s degree in Analytics, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in analytics, business engagement, or data governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of BI platforms (e.g., Power BI), data access controls, and workspace environments.
• Proven financial management experience (Capex, Opex, vendor engagement).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can speak “tech” and “business” fluently.
• Experience working across diverse African markets is a major plus.
