Job Summary
Supervising the creditors` (accounts payable) team (4 – 6 people) to ensure that suppliers are paid on time as per the agreed payment terms.
Job
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric is essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping or Credit Management
- MS Office proficient, particularly in MS Outlook, Word and advanced Excel
- Proficiency in Syspro is highly advantageous
- Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions
- Min 3 – 5 years accounts payable experience with supervisory experience
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment is essential
- Exposure to or experience with foreign creditors is essential
