Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Reconcile customer accounts
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on payments
• Handle customer queries and resolve billing issues

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process vendor invoices
• Maintain accurate supplier and AP records
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers
• Reconcile vendor statements

General Administration:

• Filing and archive control
• Assist with office-related admin (HR, Health & Safety, training documentation)
• Imports, exports administration, and costing
