Job Summary
Duties:
- Estate Administration – Manage estate reporting, obtain Letters of Executorship, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Asset & Liability Management – Identify, verify, and distribute assets while settling debts and taxes.
- Legal Compliance – Prepare and submit estate documents, liaise with authorities, and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Beneficiary Support – Communicate with heirs, provide updates, and oversee fair asset distribution.
- Tax & Financial Settlements – Handle estate duty, taxes, and financial obligations with SARS before distribution.
Requirement:
- Minimum Matric, tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the administration of deceased estates.
The proposed salary for the role is apx R17k per month, but the option remains with the client to offer any market related salary considering the candidate`s qualifications, skills, and experience
