Job Summary
- Act as the first point of contact for motorsport clients, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience
- Manage and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
- Provide technical advice and product knowledge on motor components and performance enhancements
- Promote the company’s motorsport services and products through marketing initiatives and events
- Support sales activities, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with clients
- Assist in coordinating motorsport-related events, sponsorships, and brand promotions
- Work closely with the workshop and technical teams to ensure accurate communication between customers and technicians
Requirements:
- Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL (motorsport environment highly advantageous)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar or same position in the motor industry
- Red Seal qualification – beneficial but not essential
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
- Proven selling skills and ability to close deals
- Solid product knowledge of motor components and performance parts – beneficial
- Vibrant, well-presented, and confident personality
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests
