About the Role
Broll Property Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing various Facilities Management activities to ensure the effective management and integration of multi-disciplinary activities within the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, adapt, and implement effective Facilities management policies, procedures, and planning for Broll Group.
- Assist Senior Management in developing short and long-term goals and plans.
- Assist with client budget projections.
- Execute established operational goals and ensure that corporate-wide plans are complemented and supported.
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Procure and manage contractors in accordance with company policies.
- Adapts and implements Service Level Agreements.
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance regimes.
Requirements
- Relevant post-matric qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical.
- Thorough understanding of Facilities Management.
- A good knowledge of budgeting, supplier management, management processes; space planning; planned maintenance; staff management.
- Excellent leadership abilities.
- Able to organise, coordinate, and direct team activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communications skills.
