Job Summary
- Manage trust administration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate client communications regarding estate planning documents and progress updates.
- Organise meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
- Manage billing processes using the Fiduciary billing module, including annual fee sheets and timely debt collection.
- Ensure compliance with FICA, FAIS, and other regulatory requirements for trust bank accounts.
- Maintain accurate and secure records, both physically and digitally.
- Prepare AGM materials, manage trust bank accounts, and draft basic trust documents.
- Coordinate with accountants for financial statements and tax returns, and liaise with the Master`s office.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry developments and support colleagues in their roles
