About the Role

The Financial Administrator will support the finance department by performing essential accounting and administrative tasks, providing an opportunity for a career-starting role in financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Send invoices and follow up on payments.
  • Handle payroll and payslips (Pastel and QuickBooks competent).
  • Budget planning and allocation.
  • Conduct any daily financial task as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (Pastel, QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
