Requirements 

• At least 3 years management experience within a finance or accounting role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage

Duties 

• Lead internal and external audit relationships.
• Review weekly flash reports and assist with central office reporting.
• Improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective accounting programs and controls.
• Drive optimization of divisional accounting systems, people, and resources to ensure performance excellence.
• Monitor processes, systems, and trends to enhance productivity and achieve strategic objectives.
• Manage change and improvement projects, benchmarking and recommending enhancements to accounting and IT systems.
• Ensure accurate preparation and reporting of accounts, taxation, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee financial management and internal controls.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, business units, and suppliers.
• Lead, develop, and manage divisional accounting staff and performance.
