Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS
Provide meaningful financial analysis, forecasts, and variance commentary to support senior management decision-making
Establish and maintain strong financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance with statutory, tax, VAT, and payroll requirements
Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, forex exposure, and debtor management processes
Lead the annual budgeting and capital expenditure planning processes
Coordinate and manage the annual audit process and relationships with external auditors
Oversee fixed asset controls, including asset registers, depreciation, and approvals
Lead, develop, and manage the finance team while partnering with key internal and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and reporting

Requirements

Completed SAICA / SAIPA Articles
6 Years in technical accounting knowledge and experience in financial management
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Postgraduate qualification in Accounting
