Duties:

• Manage and coordinate the month-end financial close, including reconciliations and audit preparation.
• Develop, implement, and enhance internal control processes across the organisation.
• Work hands-on with Business Central (Microsoft NAV), guiding staff and ensuring optimal use of the system.
• Liaise with international suppliers and clients, handling cross-border financial transactions.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated financial reports to support group-level decision-making.
• Assist Mellissa with the handover of reporting duties and the establishment of robust financial governance frameworks.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA(SA) qualification (newly qualified)

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience post-articles, with around 5 years of overall professional experience.
• Prior exposure to multi-entity or group consolidation processes is highly desirable.

 Skills & Competencies:

• Skilled in Microsoft NAV / Business Central, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and auditing capabilities, with a detail-oriented and systems-focused approach.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities, balancing reporting, implementation, and team coordination.
• Driven and self-assured, with the initiative to take ownership and identify opportunities others may overlook.
• Dependable, hands-on, and resourceful, thriving in environments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communicator, able to engage effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
