About the Role
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Firefighter to join our team in Gauteng. As a Firefighter, you will be responsible for responding to fires, rescues, and emergency humanitarian incidents, as well as operating and maintaining firefighting equipment and apparatus. If you are passionate about fire safety and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to fires, rescues, and emergency humanitarian incidents
- Operating a range of equipment to control, manage, and extinguish fires
- Undertaking fire protection duties in situations that potentially threaten lives or property
- Participating in training drills, simulation exercises, and physical fitness training as directed
Requirements
- Grade 12 as a minimum school qualification
- IFSAC Accredited NFPA 1001 Firefighter 2 certification
- Firefighter II Certification
- At least 2-3 years related experience
- Valid code C1 drivers license with PrDP
- Advanced driving experience advantageous
- Medically and physically fit
