About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Booking Agent to join our team at I Grow Wealth Investments in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and booking consultations with potential clients, while maintaining a high level of customer service and adhering to our communication processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and booking 10 consultations per day, including personal meetings or virtual consultations
  • Making a minimum of 200 – 250 outbound calls per day
  • Maintaining professional telephone etiquette
  • Recording all activities pertaining to dealings with clients on the CRM system (Pipedrive and ZOHO)
  • Ensuring that every client is contacted at least 24 times via telephone, SMS, Whatsapp, and email over a 6-month period before being marked as lost
  • Thorough screening of clients to identify needs and affordability to invest according to the qualifying questions as per the documented script
  • Assisting with marketing material and confirming client attendance for seminars and showhouses
  • General reception duties, including front desk, operating switchboard, answering calls, taking messages, and greeting/attending to clients/visitors when required
  • Promoting all other services provided by I Grow Wealth Investments and I Grow Group
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a telesales role
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Be professional
  • Own vehicle & valid drivers license
  • Experience in the property industry beneficial (but not required)
