• Matric essential.
• 2+ years’ experience in tipper transport fleet control.
• Strong knowledge of mass limits, RTMS, mine rules, and SA road compliance.
• Tracking system experience (MiX, Ctrack, Trackmatic, Icam).
• Able to work shifts and handle pressure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and monitor tipper trucks daily.
• Track trucks live (routes, speeds, no-go zones).
• Manage drivers and enforce compliance.
• Oversee weighbridge slips, load accuracy & documentation.
• Handle breakdowns, tyre issues, and workshop coordination.
• Communicate with clients, mines, and loading points.
• Submit daily trip and performance reports.
