Job Description
My client is a leading player within the manufacturing and automotive sector, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. The business operates across multiple regions, supplying both local and international markets, and plays a pivotal role in the value chain of several major automotive brands. With a strong focus on efficiency, sustainability, and financial discipline, the company continues to drive growth through continuous improvement initiatives and strategic investments in technology and people.
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple business units.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Monitor performance against budget and identify key drivers of variances.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives and scenario planning.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review.
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end financial performance reviews.
- Support pricing, margin analysis, and product profitability initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting processes, and data integrity.
- Ensure alignment between finance and operations through proactive business partnering.
This role reports to the Head of Finance.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- 7 to 8 years Post Articles
- 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience in a Controller or FP&A Role
