• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across multiple business units.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Monitor performance against budget and identify key drivers of variances.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives and scenario planning.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive review.
• Oversee month-end and quarter-end financial performance reviews.
• Support pricing, margin analysis, and product profitability initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting processes, and data integrity.
• Ensure alignment between finance and operations through proactive business partnering.

This role reports to the Head of Finance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA)
• 7 to 8 years Post Articles
• 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience in a Controller or FP&A Role
