- Strategy development
- Analyze market trends, channels, customers, and competitors to ensure sustainable performance, identify risks and opportunities
- Support teams in channel development and promotional planning
- Ensure timely implementation of Green Field Projects in Zimbabwe, Zambia & Morocco
- Implement trading terms, distribution agreements, and annual promotional grids
- Conduct regular market visits to identify execution improvements and pricing strategies
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management or similar
- Sound knowledge of commercial economics
- Minimal 8-9 years of experience in FMCG in Franchising, Sales & Marketing functions
- Good Communication, presentation & Interpersonal skills.
