About the Role

Job Masters (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Leak Detection Technology, with a focus on managing daily activities, overseeing finances, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and review daily operations with clients, suppliers, and contractors, as well as internal processes.
  • Manage budgeting, oversee revenue and expenses, and make informed financial decisions to optimise profitability.
  • Develop and implement the company’s overall vision and strategy, setting long-term objectives and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently followed throughout the organisation.
  • Continuously monitor and optimise operations to boost efficiency and performance.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director on sales and technical matters.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing operations in a technical environment, preferably in the civil engineering, pipeline leak detection sector for water, gas, sewerage, moisture, plumbing and related problems.
  • Proven experience in all general management in a technical environment.
  • Previous sales management experience would be a plus.
