We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Sandton, Johannesburg Metro. As a visual storyteller in a non-profit or impact-driven context, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content that effectively communicates our mission and values. Key Responsibilities

• Design multi-page documents using Adobe InDesign (Core Skill)
• Create design annual reviews, profiles, reports, brochures, manuals, and product guides using strong layout principles
• Build consistent styles across large documents using paragraph and character styles
• Use grids, margins, master pages, and correct text threading to ensure structure and flow
• Prepare documents for print using correct bleed, slug, and pre-flighting protocols
• Manage linked assets for efficient file handling and high-resolution output
• Retouch product images for colour accuracy, clarity, and presentation using Photoshop
• Create photomontages from prototype imagery to demonstrate products in real-world use
• Apply clipping paths, masking, and background removal for clean, professional compositions
• Adjust lighting and shadows to ensure composite images appear natural and realistic
• Design clean, modern infographics in Illustrator to simplify complex concepts
• Maintain consistent colour usage, typography, and visual hierarchy across all materials
• Create vector-based icons and diagrams aligned with brand guidelines
• Produce on-brand marketing and internal collateral for print and digital platforms
• Apply expert typography with a high level of precision
• Manage and export assets in appropriate formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, AI, PSD)
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and visual accuracy
• Design engaging, professional presentations aligned with brand standards
• Use master slides, animations, and data visualisation where appropriate
• Format and export presentations for PDF, video, or interactive use

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• In-depth, detail-oriented knowledge of prepress processes, paper specification, colour management, and large-format file preparation
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, anticipate needs, and offer solutions independently
