Our Client is recognised for its pioneering approach to alternative risk transfer and its ability to empower clients with customised, endtoend insurance and riskmanagement solutions. They are seeking a visionary Group Chief Digital & Technology Officer to champion digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and embed digital transformation, including modern architecture, cloud enablement, system integration and the adoption of AI, machine learning and predictive analytics
- Oversee technology service delivery, governance, and compliance with architectural principles
- Drive data optimisation, advanced analytics usecases and digital decisionmaking frameworks
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their business value and applicability

Oversee modernisation of legacy applications through replatforming, refactoring and digital engagement
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation, Technology, Data, IT, Computer Science, Business or related fields
- 15 years’ experience leading complex digital and technology functions
- 10 years’ experience within insurance or financial services
- Proven track record of driving largescale digital transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in agile methodologies, technology architecture, data optimisation and system integration
- Experience implementing modern Technology, Data and Digital operating models
