Job Summary
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflicts.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Implement performance management systems and development plans.
- Advise on compensation, benefits, and compliance with labour laws.
- Develop HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Provide HR reporting and analytics to track key metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Must have a valid drivers licence & own reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English.
