Analysing and troubleshooting skills
Solution crafting and documentation skills
Advanced knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT Security
Expert knowledge of at least one IAM Solution

Troubleshooting and maintenance
Incident and Request Management
ITSM ServiceNow Knowledge
SAP Knowledge
Scripts and Codes
Knowledge of Identity access management processes and protocols in Azure and AWS

Rollout of Solution to the applications (Onboarding) in all areas

Consulting & Analysis during the rollout of OneIdentity solution to Business Domains

Technical consulting of application owners in terms of Identity Management protocols (e.g. SAML; OIDC; LDAPs)
Continuous improvement of the current rollout process
Regular interactions through meetings, calls and emails:
- with central product owners for IAR
- with Feature Teams of other IAM products
- with Stakeholders
