We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Management Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient movement, organisation, and accuracy of our stock. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, retrieving and distributing stock items, and assisting with international shipments. You will also support day-to-day warehouse operations by maintaining precise records, conducting audits, and ensuring stock is always organised and accessible.Responsibilities include: processing company invoices and matching them with the correct stock items and quantities; organising inventory on delivery or collection shelves in a systematic manner; receiving, inspecting, and verifying international shipments; distributing spare parts to technicians while tracking movements in Excel; assisting with labelling, packaging, and preparing outgoing orders; and supporting stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records across company systems.What were looking for: someone with strong attention to detail, motivation, and a proactive approach to tasks. An interest in technology hardware is an advantage, as is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
