Duties:

• Oversee the full Trial Balance process for cross-border entities.
• Accurately and promptly process customer and supplier invoices.
• Record bank transactions and manage petty cash reconciliations.
• Prepare and process payment batches in multiple currencies.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register to ensure accurate records.
• Reconcile intercompany loan accounts and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate closely with the senior finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Matric (Garde 12)
• BCom Accounting, BCom Finance, or a related degree; accounting-related qualifications will be advantageous.
• Completed SAICA Articles (Must have)

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, or similar ERP systems).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organise complex financial information accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to understand and interpret complex finance-related scenarios.
