About the Role
The Junior Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support within the marketing function while also assisting with selected sales support activities. This is a junior role intended for a motivated employee who is eager to learn and build practical experience in marketing coordination, client engagement, sales support, lead generation, and business development support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day to day administration of marketing activities and projects.
- Maintain organised records of marketing plans, campaign documents, supplier details, quotations, invoices, approvals, and client related marketing information.
- Track deadlines for campaigns, content calendars, events, promotions, and related tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, follow ups, and communication linked to marketing and sales support tasks.
- Support the Marketing Manager with general administrative duties linked to the marketing function.

- Matric Certificate (with results).
- Completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing,
Communications, Public Relations, Business, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum Requirements:
- South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric Certificate (with results).
- Completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing,
Communications, Public Relations, Business, Sales, or a related field.

- Experience with content writing, event support, lead generation, or client follow ups.
- Knowledge of Canva, design tools, CRM systems, or content scheduling platforms.
- Valid driver’s licence.
