• Matric, and Certification of Diploma is advantageous. 
• 0 – 1 year of experience in payroll administration (graduates are welcome to apply).
• Working knowledge of Sage VIP Premier is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Capturing and maintaining accurate payroll records – including new hires, employee changes, and terminations.
• Processing salaries accurately and on time.
• Calculating and processing deductions, third-party payments, and statutory contributions.
• Balancing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generating payslips and payroll reports as required.
