Job Description
- Matric, and Certification of Diploma is advantageous.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration (graduates are welcome to apply).
- Working knowledge of Sage VIP Premier is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Capturing and maintaining accurate payroll records – including new hires, employee changes, and terminations.
- Processing salaries accurately and on time.
- Calculating and processing deductions, third-party payments, and statutory contributions.
- Balancing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generating payslips and payroll reports as required.
