About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Cape Town, working closely with Regional Teams to drive sales growth and expand our Fixed Services offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Regional Teams
- Identify and engage potential customers in targeted areas to promote Fixed products (Fibre, FWA)
- Conduct door-to-door sales, community activations, and on-the-ground campaigns to showcase product benefits
- Ensure clear demarcation between Direct Sales Teams and Business Partners Foot Soldiers to avoid any overlap
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas for Fixed products
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
Qualifications
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
