Career Overview:
As an SAP Consultant you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver high-quality SAP solutions tailored to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions based on the specific needs of the client.
- Provide guidance on SAP best practices, ensuring the solution aligns with industry standards.
- Lead and participate in workshops, training sessions, and meetings to ensure knowledge transfer and successful project delivery.
- Support the testing phase by developing test scenarios, performing testing activities, and ensuring the system meets business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues during both project and post-production phases.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Provide ongoing support, system enhancements, and continuous improvement recommendations to clients post-implementation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP developments, product updates, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant, with a minimum of 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support.
- Expertise in specific SAP modules, e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.].
- Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and system integration.
- Solid experience in SAP system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- SAP certification(s) (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is advantageous.
