Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Brief designers on creative assets, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand identity.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Optimise paid media campaigns on these platforms for performance, targeting, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities specific to each platform.
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and posts to foster community growth.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing with basic experience or knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Experience in social media planning, scheduling, and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Ability to brief designers effectively, ensuring clear and aligned communication.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Self-motivated, organised, and eager to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
