Job Summary
This role is responsible for increasing business capacity by marketing the business unit and its products to clients within a designated portfolio. The Account Executive will play a key role in building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business development. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of strategic planning and hands-on client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed set sales budgets
- Formulate and implement account development plans
- Track and report on key sales performance indicators
- Compile and deliver regular reports to management
- Resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Maintain detailed client records and updates
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Contribute to strategic planning and sales forecasting
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Promote business offerings effectively across the client portfolio
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline proactively

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven record in managing a sales team and achieving targets
- Knowledge of creative brand and point-of-sale solutions is advantageous
- Advanced computer literacy
Remuneration
Market-related salary based on experience
