• Assist with basic food preparation, including chopping, washing, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in line with health and safety standards.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation (FIFO).
• Assist chefs with cooking and plating during peak periods.
• Monitor and restock kitchen supplies when needed.
• Dispose of waste safely and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment (advantageous but not always required).
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
