About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative at Fusion Personnel, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within our client base. You will be responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries, providing technical sales support to customers, and identifying opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide technical sales support to customers
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock availability and delivery schedules
- Identify opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Assist external sales representatives with customer support and administration
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and timeously
- Meet monthly sales targets and company objectives
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ internal sales experience, preferably within the valve, industrial, engineering, or fluid control industry
- Strong technical sales knowledge of valves and related products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office and ERP systems advantageous)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid South African driver’s license
