• Relevant Logistics/Transport Degree
• 15+ Years Management experience within a Transport, Logistics or Distribution environment of which 5 years should be at an Executive level
• Exposure to 4PL and 3PL environments

Responsibilities

• Manage own fleet as well as 3rd Party Operators – understand the dynamics involved
• Manage large teams, develop and mentor them
• Manage a multi-billion business unit
• Financial management, budgeting, costing
• Key Client relationship management
• Evaluate all relevant transport, logistics systems and ensuring a continuous improvement environment
