JOB CONTEXT:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee the creation and execution of campaigns, manage a team of marketing professionals, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams. Duties and
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand presence, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their goals.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Content Creation & Collaboration:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Performance Metrics:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and improve future marketing efforts.
Stakeholder Communication:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Key
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Comfortable working with data and using it to drive decisions and measure success.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage projects, and work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns while aligning them with business goals.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Package & Remuneration:
- Will be agreed based on qualifications, applicable banking experience and previous earnings.
