Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Handling all aspects of conveyancing processes including bonds and cancellations.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property law.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions.
- Liaising with clients, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of property transactions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in conveyancing, specifically with RMB Bonds and Cancellations.
- Proficiency in property law and legal procedures related to conveyancing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Relevant paralegal certification or diploma in legal studies preferred.
Skills:
- Expertise in property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Proficiency with legal research and document drafting.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Analytical skills to interpret legal documents and regulations.
