As a Payroll Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our extensive workforce. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Collaborating closely with HR to maintain employee records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Generating insightful reports and analysis to support financial decision-making.
- Ensuring adherence to internal controls and best practices in payroll management.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bcom Accounting
Skills:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll/accounting role
Sage 300 will be advantageous
Experience in an accounting role will be advantageous
