Job Summary
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost control, playing a critical role in optimizing financial performance and supporting business decision-making. If you have a proven track record in financial management within the manufacturing sector and a passion for driving efficiency and profitability, this role presents a great career challenge.
In this role, strong financial management skills are essential, along with expertise in standard costing procedures. You will oversee a team of 18, including both operational and finance personnel within the plant. Your daily responsibilities will involve variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, material billing, KPI management, and other tasks related to cost control and financial oversight for the plant.
Job Skills and
Requirements:
- ACMA CGMA
- 5 years experience in a operational finance role
- Plant based experience is non negotiable
- Strategic thinking and ability to provide financial input
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Exposure to Syspro ERP would be highly beneficial
