Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Manage stock levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle display standards.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pre-Owned or Used Car Sales Manager within a dealership environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle sales processes and dealership operations.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Valid driver’s license and clear track record.
