• Planning and setting up of project schedule with project stakeholders’ input using Primavera
• Following project planning processes and company procedure on all assigned projects
• Ensure consistency and reliable progress reporting
• Highlight any deviation within the programme to the Project Manager, and assist with innovative and appropriate planning advice
• Implement planning logic, understanding inter dependencies and knock-on effects
• Highlight critical path, Earned Value and appropriate resource loading
• Track baseline vs actual progress on schedules
• Highlight risks to ensure project completion on time – raise early warnings with possible impacts to project schedule  
• Weekly reporting to internal and external parties by means of schedule updates and progress reporting
• Assist subcontractors, align, and integrate project schedules and progress reports
• The role/s may require time on site either part of the week or full time based on the project phase
• Understanding of bespoke consulting business models and ability to do business development
• Process orientated and assertive to ensure that complex projects are executed in accordance with company established practices and safety requirements
• Bias for action based on logical problem solving and experience

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Relevant qualification advantageous, professional registration highly recommended
• 5-10+ years’ experience in mining or large infrastructure projects
• Experience in a similar role, planning of large construction and installation projects
• For some assignments, knowledge of shut down projects will be advantageous 
• Primavera P6 and MS Projects knowledge essential
• Understanding of fabrication and installation projects 
• Driven ‘Can-do’ attitude, with a passion for mega projects 
• Able to work under pressure and to communicate effectively with a wide range of project stakeholders
• Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of the outputs
• Analytical thinker, energetic and flexible
• Must be able to work on site, willing to work on rotational basis on projects abroad
• Power BI experience highly recommended
• Own transport and valid driver’s license essential 
• Must be medically fit to work on mining/power/construction sites

Package & Remuneration
Market related – negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
Medium to long term renewable contracts, project based
