Job Summary
Key role responsibilities (not limited to):
- Identify and analyse business needs, conduct requirements gather, and define scope and objectives.
- Learn, use and support various financial products, software and systems with ease.
- Ensure support documents are created and distributed/posted in timely manner.
- Analyse, test, and evaluate raw materials, in-process products, and final products.
- Perform data gather, root cause analysis and performance trending to develop appropriate process changes.
- Develop gap analysis with leaders and identify improvement opportunities and initiatives.
- Review solution designs with the IT project teams to ensure they meet requirements, are scalable and high quality.
- Manage and execute user acceptance test effort, data, and cases, and identify pertinent performance metrics.
- Create impact assessments and analyse the ROI for system enhancements.
- Identify training gaps and create training opportunities when needed, including guidance on execution of SAP transactions.
- Adhere to practices that improve operational efficiency via expanded communications with key process constituencies including IT, sales, and services.
Qualifications / Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or engineering.
- Advanced business process analysis knowledge.
- Familiar with Six Sigma practices.
- Strong problem solving and leadership capabilities
