Key accountabilities:
– Collaborate with PMO Manager, Project Directors, and Project Managers.
– Prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities.
– Take off quantities from drawings and specifications.
– Perform on-site quantity surveying activities.
– Carry out valuations and prepare progress reports.
– Monitor quantities, costs, and deviations.
– Support procurement and payment processes.
– Negotiate final accounts.
– Maintain contractual and cost control compliance.

– Strong planning and cost control capability.
– High attention to detail.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
 
Minimum Requirements:
– QS Diploma (10+ years) or QS Degree (7+ years).
– Minimum 5 years HVAC & mechanical project experience.
– Experience with FIDIC, JBCC, and NEC contracts.
– Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems.
