Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related field Minimum of 5-8 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry. Proven experience working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Proficiency in CCS and BuildSmart software is essential. Strong knowledge of standard contract forms, including JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
