- Matric
- Certificate in Administration / Marketing (would be advantage)
Requirements / Duties
- Approximately 2 – 5 years related experience
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour. Direct these visitors/clients to the correct employee/department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Maintain and update visitor logs and employee contact information.
- Induction for visitors (short video).
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries outside of stock movement.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and printing
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company socials and meetings.
- Coordinate and assist with client meetings.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure all common areas are clean and organized, and well- stocked.
- Oversee cleaning schedules and maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Assist with preparing or printing of reports, presentations, and correspondence, and meeting arrangements when needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve office efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide backup support to Exco staff as needed.
- Provide back up to support team if required
