Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and drivers professionally.
  • Answer and direct calls and emails promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Receive and log incoming parcels accurately.
  • Liaise with dispatch and operations teams efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Support meeting schedules and office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Provide flexible support to management and departments.

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 essential.
  • Minimum 2 years’ receptionist or admin experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
