• Qualifications: Business or Management qualification (Essential).
• Minimum 7 years in a management role.
• Minimum 10 years in senior sales and sales management.
• Proven track record managing high-value portfolios.
• Strong background in stock control and warehouse management.
• Knowledge of HR processes and performance management.
• Experience working with financial metrics (income statements, profit margins, cost control).
