About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Relationship/Customer Care Representative to join our team at DJ Recruitment Consulting. As a trusted wholesale supplier of hardware products across South Africa, we pride ourselves on long-standing customer relationships, reliable service, and quality products under well-known brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, working independently, and driving sales growth in a remote, field-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
  • On-shelf product representation and effective in-store merchandising
  • Introduce and establish new products and ranges at customer stores
  • Conduct product training and share product knowledge with customers
  • Identify and onboard new customers in the region
  • Support marketing initiatives and promote new product launches
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and administration

Requirements

  • Matric qualification (required)
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Relationship/Customer Care Representative
  • B2B sales experience in agriculture, hardware, or wholesale industries (advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
