Purpose of the job:

Responsible for supporting the WSA to manage the Commercial & Retail Lending Portfolio Performance,
supporting the Sale of Branded Equipment and Parts through the dealer network, and achieve Capital
Profitability Targets by minimizing risk costs and delinquency.

Key Performance Areas:

• Continuous point of contact with the country brand team to ensure portfolio management support to the brand business.
• Ensure timely collection of past due and future due receivables on regular dealers.
• Negotiate solutions (payment plans) for troubled accounts.
• Report on portfolio situation and quality. Specific reporting for dealers in special situation.
• Manage on local level the shipment process, including assisting in the determination of credit lines
• and collateral as per existing policies and procedures.
• Have shipment meetings with the brands to anticipate difficult month-end situations.
• Assist Portfolio Manager and Wholesale Specialist Analyst in reducing risk and building relationships with dealers by offering support in systems, statement reconciliation, account disputes, pending credit note issues, development of action plans, documentation requests/verification, research of
• equipment and answering questions regarding process, policies and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison with internal departments (such as: Industrial, Parts, Retail) as well as external clients (such as: dealers and lending institutions)
• Assist and complete the field stock audit process/findings. Deliver best in class quality according to existing requirements.
• Drive local relationship with third party audit provider.
• Participation in projects as requested.
• Support the process of having update collaterals (Bank Guarantees) in place.
• Provide additional support to their assigned region when PM is unavailable.
• Flexibility to support as primary or secondary support any brand within Iveco and CNH Industrial as the PM requires to ensure efficiency within the business

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor`s degree in accounting/finance/business management
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.)
• Excellent time management
• Good administrative skills with special attention to detail
• South African unemployed YOUTH aged between 18 and 34
• Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
