Job Summary
- Supporting the sales team with administration, quotes and queries in Afrikaans
- Processing orders
- Managing customer data
- Generating reports
- Coordinating deliveries
- Verifying order accuracy
- Issuing invoices
- Updating customer records in a CRM
- Tracking inventory, and liaising with other departments to fulfil orders
