Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Capture and process sales invoices accurately on Sage Evolution
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with queries and order-related communication
- Manage incoming calls and operate the switchboard professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Support general office and sales administration as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales administration role
- Solid working knowledge of Sage Evolution (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office
