Job description: START DATE: ASAP HOURS: 24-30 hours per week Pay Rate: $3.57 per hour You must have your own laptop/PC with a minimum 15-inch screen and a headset . This role is mainly phone and emailbased, working remotely. Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities The Sales Advisor will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring timely payments by performing the following tasks: Check our CRM for the latest communication with clients Consolidate all outstanding invoices Call and/or email clients to highlight outstanding invoices and arrange payments Complete simple administration tasks on our Xero accounting platform Key Performance Indicators Engage with clients in a polite, professional and customer-focused manner Ensure accurate consolidation and communication of outstanding invoices Follow up promptly and arrange payments within expected timelines Maintain accurate records on CRM and Xero Escalate any complex or unresolved issues to the Team Leader Adhere to internal processes, policies and working guidelines Work collaboratively with the team to achieve weekly/monthly targets Qualifications Strong communication skills (phone and email) Good organisational and administrative abilities Fluent in written and spoken English Positive professional attitude Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Experience using CRM systems and/or Xero is an advantage (training can be provided) Previous experience in account followups, sales support, or customer service is desirable Job Details Job Location: Remote (Anywhere in South Africa) Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Hourly rate ($3.57) performancebased incentives (if applicable) Experience: Sales Advisor Accounts FollowUp (Phone/Email Process): 4 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: Remote Check our CRM for the latest communication with clients Consolidate all outstanding invoices Call and/or email clients to highlight outstanding invoices and arrange payments Complete simple administration tasks on our Xero accounting platform Sales Advisor Accounts FollowUp (Phone/Email Process): 4 years (Required)
